Restorative Yoga
Restorative yoga helps activate the parasympathetic nervous system allowing our bodies to rest, digest, and heal. The class will begin with reconnecting to the body through breath and meditation followed by a short series of comfortable supported poses supported with bolsters, blocks, and blankets. As important as it is to move our bodies, rest is equally as important. Anyone looking to relax and rejuvenate is welcome.

Power Flow
Power Flow is a strength based take on a Vinyasa practice. Through traditional Asana and moves that are meant to strengthen and tone, expect to feel the power in your body as well as challenge it. While this is an intermediate practice, previous experience is recommended. Suggested donation $10.

Vinyasa Flow
Yoga Flow set to music, this Vinyasa-based class emphasizes controlled breathing and dynamic movement, linking breath with flow. Expect moments of stillness as poses are held for varying lengths of time, allowing you to build strength, improve balance, and deepen your awareness. This class offers options for every level, come as you are and move in a way that feels right for you. 75 min Suggested donation $10

Hatha/Raja
Hatha yoga is not just exercise or a series of poses but the path to inner peace, a balance of body and mind. While I have practiced Yoga for over 20 years my significant journey on the path started 9 years ago when my husband was diagnosed with cardiomyopathy and was placed on a list awaiting a heart transplant. Through gentle postures (Hatha yoga), the breath(Pranayama) and meditation in motion (raja yoga) my practice gave me strength both physically and emotionally to cope with this difficult time. In this class we will use similar postures and meditation to help relieve stress and tension, strengthen and tone the body, while increasing flexibility and finding a sense of inner peace in the present moment. All levels are welcome regardless of previous experience. Please wear comfortable clothing and prepare to relax your body and mind. Namaste.

Full Moon Flow
Come together to honor yourself & the energy of the Full Moon. Harness what you desire, reconnect to your true self, and release that which no longer serves you under the light of the moon. Class is suitable for all levels and is donation based.
